MOTIVATIONAL
CHALLENGES

Becoming a sound and matured leader for Jesus doesn't happen overnight.  It is a patient process that takes time. Just ask Moses, and Joshua, David, and Paul!

Nevertheless, there is an undeniable lifestyle of action that builds momentum in a person life toward leadership!  Motivational Challenges are all option things that can help inspire and move us into action to develop things in our lives so we can become better servants of God!

THE COLD SHOWER CHALLENGE

It's time to break out of our comfort zone physically!  Take a 60 second cold shower to develop discipline in your mind and body!

THE STREET TALK CHALLENGE

Walk up to at least one person per day for 7 days straight and ask them if you can pray for them. You're going to be surprised of how many people will say "yes"!

THE SILENCE CHALLENGE

Commit to sitting in silence with the Lord for 15 minutes per day for 7 days straight! No radio, no TV, no internet. Just you and Jesus! If 15 minutes is too short go for 30 minutes.  Get ready or the Lord's voice to speak!

NOTE: Got an idea for a challenge? E-mail it to steve@gospelmissionnetwork.org!

TEACHING
PRACTICUM

The Teaching Practicum is all about learning by teaching the concepts and ideas that you've been studying. This practicum does not require you teach a formal class, but asks that you teach it in some form to a person or a group of people.  The idea is to further master the material through the process of instructing others!

Speak with Pastor Steve about designing your teaching practicum!

MINISTRY
PRACTICUM

Ministry Practicum is a vital part of the School of Leadership because the most effective form of learning is "Learning Through Experience!". Download the Ministry Practicum Manual and let Pastor Steve know when you are ready to move forward with the creation of your first Ministry Practicum!
